#5 Former WWE writer says Naomi should join Roman Reigns’ faction on SmackDown

Former WWE writer Vince Russo spoke on Sportskeeda’s Legion of RAW and praised former Women’s Champion, Naomi. Russo said that Naomi is quite possibly the best pound-for-pound athlete in WWE today. He said that she is a blue-chip prospect and should not be treated like all the other Superstars on the roster.

Vince Russo said that WWE needs to push Naomi more and getting her involved with Roman Reigns would be great. Naomi is the wife of Jimmy Uso and is in a way a part of the family as well. Involving her in the faction would give her a new lease of life and add some fresh momentum to Roman Reigns’ arc as well.

“This girl is an unbelievable athlete. See again, bro, that’s like if I’m working with Naomi, I know this girl is special, and I’m looking at her athleticism and that, if I’m writing, then this can’t be denied. You can’t treat her like every other (talent), bro; this is a 5-star blue-chip athlete, man. Somehow get her involved with the Reigns storyline, The Usos, do something!

Naomi is a two-time SmackDown Women’s Champion and she recently returned at the 2021 Royal Rumble event. With reports that Jimmy Uso will be returning soon, both Jimmy and his wife Naomi could get involved with The Tribal Chief in the future.

WWE Superstar Carmella’s real-life boyfriend Corey Graves gave an update on her health while speaking on the After The Bell podcast. Graves revealed that Carmella is a bit ‘banged-up’ after her Royal Rumble match against Sasha Banks.

Carmella had suffered a nasty bump while she was performing a dive between the top and middle rope on Sasha Banks outside the ring. Graves said that even though she did feel the effects of the move, she will be okay.

”She landed face-first and I’m pretty sure she kicked herself in the back of the head. She was a little banged up but she’s still alive, she’s still kicking, she’ll be alright.”

#1 WWE’s plan for The Fiend after his return

The Fiend Bray Wyatt was last seen at TLC where he was ‘burnt alive’ by Randy Orton. It was initially believed that The Fiend would return at Royal Rumble, but Bray Wyatt was nowhere to be seen at the PPV.

Bryan Alvarez of WON has hinted that something big is in the works for The Fiend for his WWE return. He stated that an appearance change is being planned for the former Universal Champion and he will return with a new look when he returns.

Current plans indicate that the feud between Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt is likely to carry on till WrestleMania where the two men will probably have a WrestleMania rematch.
