Young Bucks Troll Big E After New Day Is Named Greatest WWE Tag Team Ever
The Young Bucks and New Day
AEW superstars, The Young Bucks, have poked some fun at WWE’s Big E following his reaction to The New Day being named WWE’s greatest-ever tag team.
Last month, WWE’s final episode of WWE’s 50 Greatest Tag Teams on Peacock ended with The New Day, Big E, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods, being touted as the very best. E would get on Twitter to express his gratitude thereafter.
Feel The Power: Are The New Day Truly WWE’s Best Tag Team?
“I know many will disagree with the list but being named the greatest tag team of all time makes me reflect on our journey,” he wrote. “I’m massively grateful for @TrueKofi & @AustinCreedWins. I’m thankful we bet on ourselves & were unafraid to pursue a path that felt right for us.”
AEW Tag Team Champions The Young Bucks recently declared themselves the greatest wrestling tags of all time while mocking Big E with a similar statement.
“We know many will disagree with the list but being named the greatest tag team of all time makes us reflect on our journey,” they tweeted. “We’re massively grateful for us. We’re thankful we bet on ourselves & were unafraid to pursue a path that felt right for us.”
Nothing Out Of The Ordinary
This is hardly new for the AEW performers, who have trolled WWE on a number of occasions since AEW started.
The brothers are, in fact, one of the most entertaining partnerships in wrestling history but as to who’s the best will always be subjective.
The superstars defended their belts in their most recent match, retaining the silverware after fighting Penta El Zero Miedo and Eddie Kingston in a street fight on Dynamite.
